Smart Health Young Africa (SHFYA) is a youth-driven health initiative founded in 2019 and implemented in 2022 by Tiara House of Actors. The project is dedicated to building an inclusive and accessible health network where young people both online and offline can easily access essential products and services to help prevent HIV and early pregnancy. SHFYA bridges the gap between urban and rural communities through a widespread network of physical branches and digital platforms.
Mission
Smart Health for Young Africa was dedicated to improving health around the world, starting with Rwanda. Focuses on combating HIV/AIDS and preventing early pregnancies among the younger generation, while also educating teenagers about life changes and sexual and reproductive health.

Vision
To create an inclusive and accessible health network where young people, both online and offline, can easily access essential products and services that help them fight HIV & early pregnancy, bridging the gap between urban and rural communities through a widespread network of branches and digital platforms.

We aim to reach people, particularly young individuals, both online across various platforms (website, social media) and those living in rural areas. We achieve this by utilizing our branches throughout the country, ensuring that whether online or offline, everyone has access to our products and services.
